What You'll Cover
Deployment, ownership, and the business built on both.
The 12 sessions run in deliberate sequence: professional optimization with multi-profile prompt architecture, running local through ComfyUI and the Gradio reference app, LoRA fine-tuning, the licensing architecture, publishing and royalty stacking, advanced sync and placement strategy, the sound library as a saleable product, the full MWHQ stack as one integrated workflow, teaching your method as a revenue line, brand partnerships, scaling the catalogue, and sustainability and legacy.
This level produces documents more than audio, deliberately. The deliverables that change outcomes at this stage are a written licence position statement, a local-versus-hosted crossover calculation, a LoRA specification, a completed royalty audit, a twenty-four month roadmap, and a Legacy Statement.
Where This Level Fits
The end of the ladder, and the start of an operation.
Level 3 operates on the assets Levels 1 and 2 produced — a catalogue, a library, provenance records, routing rules and a production template. Students arrive with those and leave running a business that does not depend on any single platform, client, or channel continuing to exist.
Sir Leslie writes here as a producer and educator, not as an attorney or financial adviser. The licensing and revenue material is orientation, and the level states plainly throughout that qualified counsel should review current terms against your actual plans.
