Google Flow Level 3: Professional Deployment

Level 3 is where the production operation becomes a business. You build a monetization architecture across YouTube, licensing, Kit email, and client services. You evaluate the AI video competitive landscape and make documented adoption decisions. You design the MWHQ Google Flow teaching business — the product suite, pricing, and distribution channels. And you complete a full operational audit across 10 pipeline components, ending with a 12-month revenue projection for the complete operation.

Sessions 1–4

YouTube monetization architecture: AdSense, channel memberships, Super Thanks, and the Kit email conversion funnel — mapped and measured. Sync licensing for AI video: platform requirements, AI disclosure standards, quality criteria above social media, and the licensing submission pipeline. Building the MWHQ Flow content brand: the Brand Identity Document, visual specifications, and the Two-Second Identification Test. Selling Flow production as a B2B service: pricing tiers, the client workflow, and the first client outreach.

Sessions 5–8

MWHQ Academy integration: mapping the content-to-curriculum funnel, identifying conversion content types, building the 30-day enrollment campaign. Advanced n8n client delivery workflow: approval gate, revision handling, delivery notification, and the Client Production Report. Multi-platform distribution: export specs across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, Pinterest Video, and LinkedIn — automated via Buffer from a single production batch. Long-term catalog management: folder structure, metadata tagging, reuse strategy, and the compounding asset model.

Sessions 9–12

AI video industry positioning: evaluating 5 competing tools against the MWHQ stack with the adopt/defer/decline framework. Quarterly production audit: measuring all 9 pipeline components, actual vs. projected revenue, the 3-change optimization rule. The MWHQ Google Flow teaching business: 5-product suite design, pricing at 10/25/50 students, distribution channels, and Level 1 certification criteria. Level 3 completion audit across 10 operational areas with 12-month revenue projection ($148K+ target).

What You Learn

Revenue architecture. Client delivery. Teaching business. Operational audit.

Level 3 delivers four outcomes that Levels 1 and 2 do not address: a documented monetization architecture with revenue projections by channel, a client-ready B2B production service with professional delivery workflow, a complete teaching business product suite ready to launch, and a quarterly audit system that continuously optimizes every pipeline component. These four outcomes define the difference between an operation that produces content and a business that generates revenue from content.

Level 3 completion deliverables: Character Bibles for 2+ artists, n8n workflow JSON export, cost analysis with break-even projection, first-month performance report, service overview document, 30-day curriculum enrollment campaign, catalog with 100+ clips organized and tagged, AI video landscape assessment, Q+1 production plan, and a 12-month revenue projection for the full Google Flow business.

Prerequisites

Level 2 complete. Production pipeline operational. First month of performance data.

Level 3 requires completion of Google Flow Level 2 with a functioning n8n automated pipeline, at least one month of published content performance data, and a Character Bible for at least one artist. Level 3 builds on infrastructure that must already be running — it does not build the machine, it operates the machine professionally.

Sessions 4 (B2B production service) and 11 (teaching business) are the most commercially demanding in the curriculum. They require you to make real pricing decisions, write a real service document, and potentially contact a real prospective client. The curriculum does not let you plan in theory — it requires you to execute in practice.

The operation is built. Now make it profitable.

Levels 1 and 2 gave you the production capability — the Character Bible, the automated pipeline, the quality standard, the analytics system. Level 3 answers the question every production operation eventually faces: how do you turn this into a business? Monetization architecture, client service, teaching business, catalog management, and the quarterly audit discipline are the answers. By the end of Level 3, you have a documented revenue model, a client acquisition system, a live curriculum product, and the measurement infrastructure to optimize all of it. That is not a content operation. That is a business.
