What You Learn
Revenue architecture. Client delivery. Teaching business. Operational audit.
Level 3 delivers four outcomes that Levels 1 and 2 do not address: a documented monetization architecture with revenue projections by channel, a client-ready B2B production service with professional delivery workflow, a complete teaching business product suite ready to launch, and a quarterly audit system that continuously optimizes every pipeline component. These four outcomes define the difference between an operation that produces content and a business that generates revenue from content.
Level 3 completion deliverables: Character Bibles for 2+ artists, n8n workflow JSON export, cost analysis with break-even projection, first-month performance report, service overview document, 30-day curriculum enrollment campaign, catalog with 100+ clips organized and tagged, AI video landscape assessment, Q+1 production plan, and a 12-month revenue projection for the full Google Flow business.
Prerequisites
Level 2 complete. Production pipeline operational. First month of performance data.
Level 3 requires completion of Google Flow Level 2 with a functioning n8n automated pipeline, at least one month of published content performance data, and a Character Bible for at least one artist. Level 3 builds on infrastructure that must already be running — it does not build the machine, it operates the machine professionally.
Sessions 4 (B2B production service) and 11 (teaching business) are the most commercially demanding in the curriculum. They require you to make real pricing decisions, write a real service document, and potentially contact a real prospective client. The curriculum does not let you plan in theory — it requires you to execute in practice.
