12-Session Curriculum
From catalogue owner to a business that sustains itself.
Session 1 establishes professional standards — honest room assessment, calibrated
monitoring, a delivery-grade session template, and documentation another person could
operate from. Sessions 2 through 4 cover the money infrastructure: sync as a researched,
tracked submission process with a one-stop licensable catalogue; label and A&R deal
structures compared honestly against the independent alternative; and complete royalty
stacking with an audit that finds income you are already generating and not collecting.
Sessions 5 through 8 build the operation: a course business extracted from your own
practice, the RipX deconstruction workflow for study and repair, professional vocal
production through ElevenLabs with clear ethical standards, and the full MWHQ stack run end
to end with the bottleneck identified and removed. Sessions 9 through 12 complete the
picture — brand partnerships with verifiable media kits and real rate cards, live
performance economics including the underused clinic format, catalogue production at scale
with the arithmetic of a thousand tracks, and a three-year sustainability model ending in a
written Legacy Statement.
